Dear Colleague,Welcome to the listserv for the Agriculture-Nutrition/Health Linkages Southern
Africa Regional Interest Group. This group aims to bring together field-based
practitioners to share experiences, seek recommendations, and strengthen
capacity in cross-cutting and emerging implementation areas. This listserv
allows you to send messages, share documents, schedule items on a common
calendar, and view the archives.**
We ask that you refrain from making political statements or engaging in
marketing or fundraising efforts in order to keep content focused on community
collaboration for improved implementation.
The Food Security and Nutrition Network is being developed under the auspices of
the USAID / Food for Peace -funded TOPS Program. More information about TOPS is

** Information for Setting-Up Your Password
1) Follow this URL address:
http://lists.foodsecuritynetwork.org/lists/renewpasswd/
2) Enter the email address which you use for the listserv
3) You will receive an email with the following text:
“This is an automatic message from the NPOGroups list manager. We received a
request to create or reset the password for your account on the list server at
lists.foodsecuritynetwork.org. You may ignore this request or click on the
following URL in order to choose your password.
http://lists.foodsecuritynetwork.org/lists/ticket/42415049128724”
4) Click on the URL address provided in the email, which will allow you to reset
your password.
5) You will enter your password into the two text boxes provided on the webpage
and click “Submit”. You will then be logged into your listserv profile.
**Accessing the Archives:
1) On the left-hand panel click on the listserv you wish to access
2) On the left-hand panel, click on the link that states “Archive”
**Accessing the Calendar:
1) On the left-hand panel click on the listserv you wish to access
2) On the left-hand panel, click on the link that states “Calendar”
3) To add an event, scroll to the bottom of the page, and select “Add New Entry”
4) Then enter the corresponding information fields and select “Save
**Creating Folders/Sharing Documents:
1) Click on the tab at the of your profile that states “All Groups”
2) You should then be able to see all the listservs you are on.
3) Click on the listserv you want to upload or download a document into or from
4) On the left-hand panel, click on the link that states “Shared documents”
5) Switch to “Edit mode”
To download a file on a list, do as follows:
1) Click on the folder where the document is located.
2) Click on the document name you want to download.
3) Download the document.
To create a folder on a list, do as follows:
1) Enter the folder name in the text field close to the 'Create a new folder
inside [name of the current folder]' label.
2) Click on the 'Create' button.
To upload a file on a list, do as follows:
1) Choose the folder in which you want to upload the document.
2) Click on the 'Browse' button below the 'Upload a file inside the folder [name
of the current folder]' label and choose the file you want to upload; after
selecting it, click on the 'Open' button. Your file path then displays in the
input box close to the 'Browse' button.
3) Click on the 'Publish' button.
If you try to upload or create a document too large with regard to the space
left, you will get the following error message: "The document repository exceed
disk quota".
